A Neighbor You Can Count On
Will Tobin — combat veteran, retired Army Warrant Officer, and community advocate — is running for Berks County Commissioner to bring common sense conservative government to Berks County.
Two Candidates. One Direction.
Berks County has everything it needs to thrive. The people here are the foundation — our job is to build on that.
Will Tobin is a combat veteran, retired Army Chief Warrant Officer, former Berks County Park Ranger, and lifelong resident who believes county government should be lean, honest, and focused on the people it serves. He's not a career politician — he's a neighbor who has spent his life serving this community, and he's running because he believes Berks County deserves that same commitment at the commissioner level.
Will Tobin is running alongside Commissioner Christian Leinbach, who has spent years delivering results for Berks County residents. Under Commissioner Leinbach's leadership, the county earned a Moody's Aaa bond rating — one of only three counties in Pennsylvania to hold that distinction — while keeping spending growth to just 10% against 40% inflation. He has championed agricultural preservation, expanded county parks and trails, and worked to restore passenger rail service to the region.
Will Tobin also carries the endorsement of Commissioner Michael Rivera, who is not seeking re-election and has put his confidence in Will Tobin to carry on the work of responsible, results-driven county government. That kind of trust — from someone who knows this office from the inside — speaks for itself.
Together, Will Tobin and Commissioner Leinbach share the same core belief: county government exists to serve the people — not the other way around. That means spending your money carefully, showing up in the community, and working alongside residents to keep making Berks County better.
